I was waiting on the urgent care office to open this morning prior to 7 am. I was the first on the list, WOO HOO! Completed my paperwork only to have them call me and the others to the front desk to let us know the computers were down - we all needed to go to the other facility across town. I came back home and got in the bed. It had taken all of the energy that I could muster up to go there in the first place. I called my dr. at 8 am and they were able to see me at 9:15. A nose swab test later, it was confirmed that yes I do have the blooming flu!!! I feel a little better after 4 more hours of sleep combined with the tamiflu and cough syrup. He said that I should feel better by Wednesday. WEDNESDAY??!!!??!! Those of you who know me, will understand my worry and frustration about two more days of being down. Nothing I can do though, but rest, drink fluids and feel better.

You know BB had an allergic reaction to Tamiflu after the flu debacle of last year (do you remember this?). Anyway, watch out for a rash on your back. Or maybe have Mark watch out for a rash on your back :) Hope you are better...
