UPDATE #2: Surgery went well, will be in ICU until Sunday or Monday.

UPDATE: The surgery has been postponed until tomorrow morning - a rescheduling mishap...

Mark's dad is going into the hospital in the morning. He is having the 2nd of 3 heart surgeries tomorrow. The first surgery, several weeks ago, was to clean out one of his carotid arteries. This second surgery is to replace his aortic valve. After his recovery from this, he will have the carotid artery in the other side of his neck done. Mark is there, he left this afternoon. Obviously, this is a serious surgery. He has other health problems, so we are hoping and praying that all goes well.
